WHAT TO WEAR

Comfortable athletic shoes and light leisure clothing, a bathing suit and sunscreen. A hat, bathing suits and sunglasses are recommended. Hiking boots highly recommended.

Hiking and Camping the Guna Territory

Depart Panama City and head east to the Nusagandi Forest Reserve inside the Guna Territory. Hike the 2.7 km Ibe Igua trail with your Guna guide to reach a spectacular a waterfall. Have a refreshing bath in its natural poor before returning to the campsite. (B, L, D)

San Blas Archipelago

Pack up your gear and get on a bumpy road trip to the Guna Coast, where we will board a boat to one of the picturesque dream islands of the archipelago. In the afternoon you will get on a boat excursion to snorkel the coral reefs of a stunning natural pool before setting your camp for the evening. (B, L, D)

San Blas Archipelago

Continue exploring the area and visit a Guna community to learn about their traditions and culture. After lunch we will start our road trip back to Panama City. (B, L)
