This fascinating experience will give you an introduction to Panama’s history while tasting some of its gastronomy, which reflects the country’s diversity. As we learn about Panama’s interesting history and how it all came to be as we see it today, you will be able to get a taste of some local traditional food; we’ll have ceviche, chocolate, coffee, beer and lunch, mostly taking place in Casco Antiguo, the colonial section of Panama City.

Depending on the time we start the tour, we will be switching the order of places we will visit. However, during this tour, we’ll visit the Seafood Market, where you will have the chance to try a variety of freshly made ceviche. We’ll stop at one of our favorite coffee shops in the area for some local coffee. We’ll have lunch and get a taste of Panamanian flavors and cuisine. How about a chocolate tasting for dessert? We’ll try artisan-grown cacao from Bocas del Toro. And lastly, ending our interesting flavorful experience, we will try a variety of beer from a local microbrewery.
