The Gulf of Chiriquí is a part of Panama that encompasses Coiba National Park and Golfo de Chiriquí National Park. There are dozens of islands that are home to unique coraf reefs, mangrove and amazing biodiverse marine life such as manta rays, dolphins, sea turtles and in season humpback whales.

Comfortable athletic shoes, light leisure clothing, bathing suit, hat and sunglasses. Sunscreen and insect repellent is highly recommended to bring along. Dry bags are useful for storing personal items to take during the activity.
