Experience the Panama Canal and its surroundings from a different perspective as you paddle down the Panama Canal Watershed with a specialist guide.
Early in the morning your guide will meet you in your hotel to begin your journey to the starting point of today’s adventure. As you travel towards the Panama Canal Watershed, you will leave the Panama City limits behind and enter the Soberania National Park, often considered to be one of the best spots in the Americas to watch tropical birdlife.
Once you reach the dock, you will receive a safety briefing and an introductory paddle lesson before slipping into your kayak and paddling into the heart of the Panama Canal Zone. Sitting at water level will give you an interesting perspective of the Panama Canal in action. Your guide will lead you to places of special interest and provide you with interesting facts about the rich flora and fauna of the area. As you make your way down the waterways, keep your eyes open for toucans, sloths, and other animals as they awake with the morning sun.
Upon the conclusion of your tour you will be transferred back to your hotel.
