After an early breakfast, you will start your adventure through the coast of Santa Catalina towards Coiba National Park. You will take a 1.5-hour speedboat ride to one of Panama’s most important natural jewels, which was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2005 for its greatness and importance in protecting marine, insular and coastal ecosystems. The largest island of this archipelago is Coiba, which is also the largest in the Central American Pacific. As a whole, the islands of the park have more than 240 km of coastline, most of which are preserved in their natural state.
Coiba will surprise you in each of its corners, as its wealth is infinite. You will have the opportunity to do snorkeling in different islands, such as Granito de Oro, Ranchería or better known as Coibita. In this wonderful experience you can observe many schools of fish of many colors, white tip reef sharks, nurse sharks and sea turtles. You will also have the opportunity to take a walk along its trails, where the diversity of flora and fauna is immense.
