Escape the hustle and bustle of Panama City as you visit the Metropolitan Park with a private naturalist guide. Located a mere 15 minutes away from the city’s downtown area, the park is considered to be the most accessible rainforest in the region. Together with several other protected areas, the park forms the “Interoceanic Biological Corridor”.

The Metropolitan Park is characterized by a rare dry lowland pacific forest which is home of the two and three-toed sloth, several species of monkeys as well as over 200 species of birds. In this remarkable park visitors can access four walking trails, a bike trail (you must be in shape for this one) and the Cedar Hill lookout over Panama City and the Canal.
